Reformer Pilates

Structured, small-group Pilates to support strength and flexibility

Reformer Pilates at Total Care Clinic is a small-group Pilates service designed to support strength, flexibility and general fitness in a controlled and supportive environment. Sessions are structured, progressive, and suitable for people who prefer guided movement over large or fast-paced studio classes.

While Reformer Pilates is less clinical than Clinical  Pilates, it remains calm, structured and appropriate for beginners.

Who Reformer Pilates is suitable for

Reformer Pilates is suitable for adults seeking to maintain strength, improve flexibility, and stay active in a safe, supportive environment. Many participants are over 40 and value smaller class sizes, explicit instruction and a focus on quality movement rather than intensity.

Reformer Pilates may be appropriate if you:

  • Are new to Pilates
  • Want a structured alternative to the gym
  • Are looking to improve posture, strength or flexibility
  • Prefer a calm, guided class environment.

You do not need prior Pilates experience to start.

How does Reformer Pilates work?

Reformer Pilates sessions are instructor-led and delivered in small groups of up to eight participants. All participants begin at the Foundations level to ensure they understand the equipment, movements, and key principles before progressing.

Sessions are offered across a range of level. This allows participants to progress at a pace that feels comfortable and appropriate for their ability.

The focus is on controlled movement, good technique and gradual progression rather than performance or competition.

Booking and class structure

Reformer Pilates sessions are booked online through our Total Care Studio app. This allows participants to view availability, select suitable classes and manage bookings easily.

Sessions are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis, as well as through class bundles and membership options, all managed through our app.
